If you choose to register for our newsletter we will save your email address and optionally your country of origin (if you choose to provide it) to be able to send our free newsletter to you. If you register an account with AppInFilm we store the email address and name that you provide for your account.
If you use our service to create content for you productions under the projects part of our website we require you to fill out details about the company you represent and the contact person for this company. This is stored in our databases because we need to know which entities wants to acquire licenses from our service, that you are entitled to use our service, the legal origin of your business and to keep the legally required records of the purchases you make.
If you use our service to upload images that are made available to our customers under the members part of our website we ask you for personal information regarding who you are, where you live and how we can contact you. This is needed so that you can legally enter a license agreement with Integrinet in regards to your uploaded content, how we can offer it on our website and how you can potentially get paid for it. We need this information so that copyright can be established and also to keep the legally required records of any payments that might be made to you.
We collect anonymous statistics of how our service is used. If you are not a logged in user we track your usage of our service completely anonymously without any connection to you as a person or your personal data. If you are logged in as a user we connect your usage statistics to your account, which in turns has personal information of who you are. We use these statistics to improve our services. Deletion of these statistics or prevention of us collecting them can be done by contacting us.
If the website and its services run into an error on your device we send the error information together with some information about your device to our server where we store it in a database. The purpose of this is to collect (anonymous) information about errors in the application so that we can fix them and provide you with a better experience. The information sent is technical information about the error that occurred, information about the browser you are using and technical information about your device (the type of operating system and similar information). You are given an id for your device that is sent and stored in our database to make sure your device doesn't send to much error information and too often, but this deviceId can not be used to identify you as a person.
We store your email address and country if you have subscribed to our newsletter. This information is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you have entered information when registering to or using our service we store this information as long as you remain registered and we also store your personal data after the deletion of your account as long as we are legally required to do so in order to keep valid records of any licenses agreed upon or any payments. Any data collected is stored in our cloud services and databases provided by Google INC. We are careful to store the data behind closed user accounts with several safety measures in place so that the data can not be accessed by an unauthorized party. Google INC is a company from the United States of America and the data they collect can be stored outside of EU/EES. Integrinet is storing your data within EU/EES when it is technically possible and something that we can control.
